Orders are typically processed within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received depending on the complexity of your design.

You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping 5-7 business days -  calculated at checkout

Expedited Shipping 2-3 business days - calculated at checkout 

International Shipping 7-14 business days - calculated at checkout


Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing for international shipments.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on the Site.


4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States of America and select international destinations.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.


5. Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment’s status. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

For lost packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.


7. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
